Loopring (LRC) is an open-source protocol for building decentralized exchanges. It functions as a set of smart contracts that verify tradeable orders. Loopring’s decentralized protocol solution hit a major milestone in early May with the launch of version 3.0 – adding off-chain based scaling and fee optimization using zk-SNARKS.
