The world’s largest producer of ASIC miners, Bitmain also operates BTC.com and Antpool, two of the biggest Bitcoin mining pools. Bitmain were hit with a perfect storm of both internal and external factors, that combined, have forced the company to take extreme measures to preserve capital.
