Joshua Rivera General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer Blockchain Capital, the General Partner of Blockchain Capital’s funds. Joshua is an expert in the legal issues governing security tokens, cryptocurrencies, decentralized networks and consumptive use tokens and has extensive experience analyzing the blockchain industry’s rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Joshua supports the research team in reviewing salient legal questions addressing prospective and current portfolio companies and brings to bear his legal expertise and connections to help forecast the ongoing development of the industry. Joshua led the firm’s process of upgrading its BCAP tokens, believed to be the first token issued as a security, to help bring liquidity to BCAP holders and further enhance the BCAP’s compliance with regulatory trading requirements. Before joining Blockchain Capital, Joshua worked as a senior associate at Cooley LLP where he was part of the firm’s cryptocurrency and blockchain practice counseling exchanges, investors and blockchain developers. While at Cooley, he also advised traditional venture capital firms, startup companies and investment banks on a broad array of business transactions, including private financings, private and public M&A transactions, public offerings and ongoing public company regulatory compliance. Prior to Cooley, Joshua worked as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP where he advised companies and financial institutions on various commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, credit financings, asset management transactions and real estate ventures. Joshua received a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. of Business Administration and second major in Philosophy with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill.

Prior to Orchid, Tegan was a blockchain technology consultant, helping leaders and innovators connect more deeply with stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem. Tegan’s professional experience has been with Fortune 500’s and startups, most recently as Executive VP of a patent marketplace powered by blockchain, analyzed by AI. She began her career in Investment Banking at BAML and, prior to discovering blockchain, worked in Sales and Trading at Barclays. Tegan is working to redistribute resources and income using blockchain and AI with Nature 2.0, Co-Founder of Blockchain Code of Ethics, Head of the U.S. for Triangles, a group that supports female founders and Ambassador to Buckminster Fuller Institute, helping to make the world work for 100% of us.

Mike Zajko Head Sales CoinList Mike works with the top blockchain projects @Coinlist, helping them to address their fundraising and compliance needs. After hearing about Ethereum for the first time in August 2015 and already being familiar with Bitcoin, Mike was immediately drawn to the many possible applications of the nascent technology. Prior to CoinList, Mike ran a team at Facebook focused on mobile gaming and draws in on that experience to advise projects on incentive mechanisms and growth opportunities. Mike is an advisor at the AlphaLab Startup incubator in his hometown of Pittsburgh but is base in San Francisco

Andrea Lo Head Bus Dev Harbor Andrea heads business development at Harbor. Prior to Harbor, Andrea was in early stage venture capital in London and Silicon Valley helping founders at the earliest stages of the startup life cycle while helping VC funds raise capital from LPs. Andrea also spent 4 years as the CEO and founder of a VC-backed fundraising platform for students, leading it from concept and financing to exit. Andrea is a TEDx speaker, alumni of UC Berkeley and University of Oxford, and San Francisco-born Silicon Valley native.
