Initially focusing on network infrastructure creation he then moved on to network security and software security and performed some of the most pioneering early security work on gambling devices,electronic voting machines, military and intelligence systems as senior technical staff positions at Cigital and LECG Corporation. Additionally, he served as CTO of Intellibridge, an open source intelligence company from 1999 to 2001. At Intellibridge he worked with former national security advisor Anthony Lake and political scientist David Rothkopf. Intellibridge was acquired by Eurasia Group in 2005. Mehow is the inventor of the Rune Wallet and Rune ASIC.
